When I took it back up with CRPS, it took a good couple months of fairly regular practice to start getting a grip on that, and believe it or not, it took over a year to get to perfect stillness -- but oh, heaven, it was so worth it! CA had a comparatively logical and responsible system, until Schwarzenegger got a few expensive lunches.
